At Babyboo Fashion, we want you to love your look, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns for store credit within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided by our portal.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, you will receive a digital gift card via email to use on your next Babyboo purchase.
